摘要
用水解法由ＴｉＣｌ４制备了纳米级ＴｉＯ２。探讨了制备纳米级ＴｉＯ２的最佳酸度条件，ＴＥＭ、ＸＲＤ研究表明，２００℃处理得到的ＴｉＯ２为金红石型，平均粒径８ｎｍ。
TiO_2 powders were prepared through the hydrolysis of TiCl_4. The most favourable acidity was investigated. The investigation of TEM and XRD show a rutile crystal TiO_2 can be obtained, the average grain size is 8 nm, when the product is heated at 200 ℃.
