摘要
Cr13不锈钢试样上磁控溅射沉积50nm左右的Ta,然后用200keV的Xe离子轰击进行离子束混合表面处理。在1mol/l H_2SO_4、0.5mol/l H_2SO_4、0.1mol/l NaCl溶液中采用三电极动电位扫描法测定试样的阳极极化行为,并配合扫描电镜等观察分析表明,13%铬钢经离子束混合表面处理后,其抗蚀性能显著提高。
The specimens of chromium steel were deposited with Ta of about 50 nm by magnetron sputtering and bombarded by 200keV Xe ions. Using the three sweep potentio-kinetic polarization technique the corrosion behaviours of these specimens, in 1 mol/1 H2SO4, 0.5mol/l H2SO4 and 0.1mol/1 NaCl solutions respectively, were measured. The results, combined with SEM-EDAX analysis, show that tantalum ion mixing can evidently improve the corrosion resistance of chromium steel.
