该文首先从企业人力资源风险管理的内涵入手,简要介绍了其含义和主要内容,然后在此基础上总结了人力资源风险管理的五种具体策略,同时,还特别讨论了对包括总经理在内的企业核心员工流失风险加以控制的办法。
