摘要
随着信息、网络化时代的到来,档案工作的特点有了新的变化,该文探讨了档案工作人员必须具备的基本工作素质的有关问题,并对新时期档案工作人员应具备的素质提出了新的要求,阐述了对加强现有档案人员的继续教育,实现保护档案与社会利用的有机结合,更好地为企业提供服务的重要意义。
With the arrival of inforrnatization and network era, the work characteristics of archives have been changed. This paper is focused on the fundamental work qualities that archives personnel should hold. It is elucidated that the importance of reinforcing the continuous education of archives personnel and uniting the protection of files and society uses, in order to provide better services to enterprise. We indicate the essential conditions that accelerating the progress of file science and file enterprise.
