摘要
本文探讨了化学共沉淀法合成改性羟基磷灰石反应温度、pH值、预烧温度和改性剂加入量对湿敏元件性能的影响。确定了合适的工艺条件,制造出的羟基磷灰石高温湿敏元件不仅可在常温下应用,而且在150℃高温下仍有优良的感湿性能。
The modified hydroxyapatite used chemical coprecipitation method are discussed in the paper. The influence of reaction temperature pH value. Light fire temperature and amount of modifiecation agent on the property of the humidity sensor are studied. Suitable process are defined. The humidity sensor of modified hydroxyapatite for high temperature are used not only at room temperature,but also at high temperature.
