聚醚聚氨酯丙烯酸酯合成工艺的探讨

Research on the Synthesis Technology of Polyetherurethane Acrylate

以TDI、不同分子量的聚醚、丙烯酸羟丙酯为主要原料合成了丙烯酸羟丙酯的聚醚氨酯,探讨了不同的合成条件对聚醚氨酯的化学结构、力学性能的影响,确定了合理的工艺路线。

In the paper,a series of hydroxypropyl acrylate polyetherurethane were synthesized by the reaction of TDI with polyether and hydroxypropyl acrylate. Different synthetic systems and reactive conditions were investigated. The effects of some factors on the mechanical properties and chemical structure of these were discussed.
