创新、效率与惰性:一个组织存续的分析框架 被引量:6

摘要 在综合分析组织存续理论已有研究成果的基础上,本文阐述了组织与技术环境和制度环境的本质关系,认为组织在与环境的良性互动中能获得技术溢出收益和制度溢出收益,"创新—效率—惰性—再创新"循环是组织存续的内在规律,组织变革与创新时机和方式的选择直接决定着组织存续。
