天然气管道穿越地震断裂带强度验算和抗震分析

摘要 结合输气管道穿越地震断裂带的工程实例,采用有限元的方法对穿越地震断裂带的管道进行强度验算和抗震分析。通过对地震断裂带附近发生大变形的管道采用壳单元进行模拟建模,并且针对不同的管道壁厚和断裂带参数,对X70材质、直径711 mm的直缝埋弧焊钢管进行分析计算,确定穿越断裂带的管道参数,并且确保管道工程的安全。 Integrating with actual engineering examples of pipelines crossing the earthquake rupture area, the text first shows and explains the way to check and calculate the strength of pipelines crossing an earthquake rupture belt by using the method of finite element and then makes an analysis of their anti-earthquake property. To analyse and calculate the submeged welding steel pipe (X70, qb711 mm, congitudinal weld)under different wall thicknss and rupture area parameters by simulation modeling the shell element on very distortionary pipe nearby earthquake rupture area, and ascertion the pipe parameter for crossing rupture avea and ensure the safety of pipeline project.
