摘要
介绍一种3LPE钢管外涂敷新方法,3LPE涂料中的3种不同涂料都以粉末态呈现,3种涂料用不同的喷枪同时进行静电喷涂,涂敷在加热的钢管表面一次成膜。该方法可代替"环氧粉末静电喷涂,胶粘剂和聚乙烯挤出、缠绕、辊压"一次成膜的方法,不仅解决了钢管焊缝上与管体涂层不一致的问题,而且大大降低了生产作业线的能耗和运转精度。
This is an introduction of a new kind of 3-layer-polyethylene application method concerning in the external steel pipeline eoadng. It is a kind of method used for spraying three types of raw eoating material, which appears as powder with different spreading guns at the same time, spreading on the surface of the heated pipeline and making membrane at one time. The old method can be replaced by the new one, which is applied to hotsteel pipe body" fusion bonded epoxy electrostatic spraying, adhesive and polyethylene extruding, wrapping and by rolling and making membrane at one time" . The new method not only eliminates the thickness difference between the welded seam top coating and the steel pipe body coating, but also reduce the production energy consumption and improves the practical operation accuracy.
