摘要 本文介绍了^(131)I标记抗人小细胞肺癌单克隆抗体(2F_7)免疫显像及免疫治疗的实验结果。^(131)I2F_7能与荷瘤裸鼠体内的小细胞肺癌是特异性结合,使肿瘤清晰显示。与对照组相比,能明显地抑制肿瘤的生长和延长荷瘤裸鼠的存活期。 This paper describes the use of 131I labelled antihuman small cell lung cancer(SCLC) monoclonal antibody (2F7) for the treatment of transplanted human SCLC in nude mice. The specific accumulation of the antibody in the transplanted tumors was recorded by both scintigraphic and biodistribution studies. Administration of 131I-2F7 inhibited tumour growth when compared with control groups (2F7, 131I, and NS). The results suggested that monoclonal antibody 2F7 might have potential clinical application in tumour localization and targeting therapy.
