水解酸化-接触氧化-混凝沉淀法处理漂染废水

The treatment of bleaching and dyeing wastewater by hydrolysis acidification-contact oxidation-coagulation sedimentation process

针对漂染废水色度高、可生化性差的特点,工程上采用水解酸化—接触氧化—混凝沉淀的处理工艺。运行结果表明,经上述工艺处理后的出水CODCr、BOD5、色度、SS、pH等指标均能达到GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准。

Aiming at the characteristics of low biodegradability and high chroma of bleaching and dyeing wastewater, the hydrolysis acidification-contact oxidation-coagulation sedimentation process has been used. The running results show that：the indexes of CODc,,BODs,chroma,SS,pH, etc. in the effluent water meet the requirements of the first class Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard （GB 8978-1996）.
