摘要
研究了在氧含量较低的条件下,热压ZTM/SiCP陶瓷复合材料活性氧化的问题,结果显示:在活性氧化的过程中,材料表面的形貌随氧化温度的升高而变化,最终形成非保护性的氧化膜:活性氧化程度随氧化温度的升高而加剧,造成材料内部结构的损伤,使材料的力学性能大幅度下降。
The active-oxidation of hot-pressed ZTM/SiCp ceramic composito under condition of lower oxygen contentwas studied. The esults showed: The surface morphologies changed with the oxidative temperature increasing duringthe active-oxidation, the unprotective oxidative-film was formed at last. The degree of active- oxidation increasedwith the active - oxidation temperature, which damaged the inner structure of material and reduced the mechanicalproperties greatly.
