The Effect of AQP-1 On the Differentiaton of Human Gastric Adenocarcinoma

目的研究aquaporin-1(AQP1)的表达与胃腺癌细胞分化之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法研究人胃腺癌细胞的AQP1和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达。结果高、中分化的胃腺癌细胞表达AQP1,低分化的癌细胞不表达AQP1;从高分化到低分化的胃腺癌,表达PCNA的细胞逐渐增多。结论AQP1不参与胃腺癌细胞的增殖,但是参与胃腺癌细胞的分化。

Objective To investigate the relation of the expression of aquaporin - 1 （ AQP1 ） with cellular fission of human gastric adenocarcinoma. Method The expressions of AQP1 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） in the cancers were studied by immunohistochemistry. Results AQP1 was expressed in the human gastric adenocarcinoma cells with well differentiation and moderate differentiation, but not expressed in those with poorly differentiation. The number of cancer cells with expression of PCNA incressed gradually from well differentiation to poorly differentiation. Conclusion AQP1 may be not involved in the cellular fission of human gastric adenocarcinoma, but does in their differentiation.
