摘要
从分离群体的选择、DNA分子标记、基因文库的构建、目标基因的分离、鉴定等方面综述了基于DNA分子标记的植物功能基因的分离方法。
The methods of separating functional gene of plants based on DNA molecular marker were summarized, including the choice of segregation population, DNA molecular marker, construction of gene library, the separation and identification of target gene.
