储纬器及其性能述评

Property of Weft Feeder Type Ω300

本文在分析对比目前世界上几种主要储纬器的结构基础上,着重论述了我国从瑞士Tecnomatex公司引进的Ω300型储纬器。该储纬器能通过可调锥度的定鼓式储纱鼓获得满意的排纱,储纱量的检测、用光电传感系统。其异步电机的频率与电压成线性关系,故可在相当宽的范围内获得恒定的过载能力。本储器不宜用于有定长要求的喷水、喷气织机。

The model Ω300 weft feederproduced by Tecnomatex Company in Swilezerland, has a stable drum, which can give a satisfactory output of weft through the conic drum. A photoeletrnic sensor is used for detecting the storing amont of weft. The frequency of the driving ascynchronous motor is linear to voltage to obtain a constant over-load ability within a quite large range. However, model Ω300 weft feeder is unsuitable for the air-jet loom which requires a constant length of weft feeding.
