摘要
介绍了蔬菜真空预冷保鲜设备的工作原理、设备的系统组成及其运行,以及各组成系统设计的计算方法。
The working principle, constitutes and running of the vacuum pre - cooling equipment for agricultural vegetable were introduced in detail in this paper, as well as the calculation methods of each component in system design of the equipment were discussed.
