摘要 驱动市场型企业社会责任理论研究尚属空白。驱动市场型企业社会责任既具有和一般企业社会责任的共同特点,又具有自身的独特属性。本文首先介绍了驱动市场型企业社会责任的基本特点,然后提出驱动市场型企业社会责任的两个独特属性:行动的自主性和责任的自觉性,结构的重构性和责任的系统性。在对驱动市场型企业社会责任分析的基础上,进一步分析了社会责任对驱动市场型企业创新的驱动机制,并提出把道德嵌入驱动市场型企业的创新决策。 The theoretical study of the market driving corporate social responsibility is blank at present. Compared with the CSR of the ordinary corporations, the market,driving corporations have common features as wall as their unique attributes. In this paper, the author firstly introduces the basic characteristics of market-driven corporations and then proposes two unique CSR attributes of market-driving corporation: the autonomy of action and a conscious responsibility, the remodeling of the structure and responsibilities of an integrated system. On the basis of the analysis on the market-driving corporate social responsibility, the author analyzes the innovation-driven mechanism of the market-driving corporation social responsibility. Finally, the paper proposes that ethics should be embedded into the innovation decision-making of market-driving corporations.
