在浮法生产线采集了76个具有代表性的样品,运用岩相分析这一手段分别观察了铝硅质结石、硅氧结石、含锆结石、硫酸钠及含锡结石的晶体种类、生长形态及其特征,并分析了不同结石的来源。提出改善和防止措施,以降低玻璃成品中的缺陷,提高玻璃的产品质量。

76 representative samples from a float glass line were analyzed by petrography, the crystal categories, growth-form and surface topography of the aluminous-silica stone , silica stone , zirconic stone, sodium sulfate, stannic stone were characterized, and the origins of different stones were also discussed. Based on the above analysis some improvement and prevent steps were recommended so as to reduce defect of glass and upgrade glass quality.
