摘要
二战后,韩国在基础教育领域制定了一系列的改革政策,这些政策对扩大韩国教育机会平等、促进教育民主和提高教育质量起到了积极的作用,并有效地促进了韩国经济的发展和社会公平的实现。然而,由于政策制定过程中存在的一些问题,这些政策在执行过程中也不同程度地遭遇了一些阻滞,对政策目标的实现产生了一定的影响。
Since the Second World War,a series of reform polices have been made in the field of basic education in Korea. These policies enlarges educational opportunities,promotes educational democracy and improves educational quality. Furthermore,they contribute to Korea's economic development and social equality. However,they also fail to fulfill their goals in implementation due to some problems in policy- making.
