摘要 新西兰基础教育评价体系合理,特色突出,既注重评价的甄别功能,也注重评价的发展功能,对低年级学生的评价以质性评价和形成性评价为主,高年级的量化和终结性评价增多,评价工具和手段丰富。这些对我国基础教育课程与教学改革都具有一定的借鉴意义。 In New Zealand, the basic educational assessment with rational system and outstanding features focuses on the functions of both selection and development,mainly using quality and forming evaluation to the juniors,but increasing quantity and terminal evaluation to the seniors,and being rich in assessment tools. All these characteristics above have an important significance for the curriculum and instruction reforms in our basic education.
