俄罗斯现行的学位制度是在走过了俄国—苏联—俄罗斯三个不同历史时期形成和发展起来的,具有显著的民族特色。而俄罗斯研究生的培养特点和培养活动及俄罗斯在谨慎地进入博洛尼亚进程中要保留副博士学位所持的鲜明态度,都值得我们思考。

The formation and development of the current academic degree system in Russia has gone through such three historical stages as Russia,the Soviet Union and Russia,with distinctive national features. The characteristics of graduate education in Russia, the development activities of Russian graduate education as well as the clear-cut attitude held into Bologna course for the maintainance of Deputy Doctor＇s Degree are both worth our consideration and reference.
