摘要
蓖麻油与季戊四醇在催化剂作用下改性，使其羟值达到４３０ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇ以上，可以与国产异氰酸酯配合发硬泡，泡沫性能符合要求．通过实验，得出反应最佳终止方式为骤冷法；最佳反应条件如下：原料配比油醇比为７８∶２２，反应温度为２１０℃，反应时间８０ｍｉｎ．并对用此产品制备的聚氨酯硬泡进行了各项性能测试．
A polyol with high hydroxyl value was prepared from castor oil. According to the experimental results,the proper reaction condition is as follows: the ratio of castor oil to pentaerythritol is 78∶22,reaction temperature is 210 ℃,reaction time is 80 min. The hydroxyl value of product is more than 430 mg KOH/g. Finally,the properties of rigid polyurethane foams prepared by the polyol were determined.
