摘要
套管钻井中套管柱力学性能分析是进行钻井工程设计的一项重要研究工作。文章以ANSYS软件为基础,对套管柱组合在不同钻压、转速下的动力学问题进行了有限元建模及分析,获得了在不同钻井参数下的套管柱应力、应变以及接触应力等参数的变化规律,为在套管钻井作业中合理地选择钻井参数提供了理论依据。
Analysis on the dynamic characters of case pipe is an important process in the design of casing drilling.With the assistance of ANSYS software,the finite element modeling is established to solve the dynamics of the assemblage of case pipes at different drilling pressures and different rotary speeds.The variance patterns of stress and strain of case pipe and the contact stress indifferent drilling parameters are obtained,which are the theoretical basis for optimizing the drilling parameters during the operation of case pipe drilling.
