摘要
合成了重要的氨基酸衍生物O-苄基酪氨酸.与文献报道方法相比较,产物的收率提高.合成产物经元素分析、红外光谱、熔点测定等手段进行了表征.测定了该物质在以KNO3为支持电解质、离子强度为0.1mol·dm-3、温度为15、25、35、45℃条件下的电离常数.根据温度系数法及基本热力学关系式求出O-苄基酪氨酸根加质子过程的热力学函数△G、△H、△S.
OBenzylLtyrosine,an important aminoacid derivative,was synthesized.The yield of product is higher than that reported in literature.Structure of the title compound was characterized by IR,UV and elemental analysis.The protonation constant of the product was determined at the temperature of 15 ℃,25 ℃,35 ℃ and 45 ℃.The thermodynamic functions Δ G Δ H and Δ S of protonation were also given.
