摘要 由快速淬冷法制备Fe-Mn-B非晶态合金条带,用球磨粉碎、酸碱侵蚀对催化剂表面进行活化处理,通过XRD、BET、SEM及XPS等结构测试技术研究活化处理前后催化剂表面形态和体相结构的变化,并通过F-T合成反应研究活化处理对催化剂催化性能的影响,从而将催化性能与表面形态相关联.实验结果表明,原始条带体相为非晶态,但表面覆盖的氧化物限制了其催化活性.球磨粉碎可以提高催化剂的比表面积,酸碱侵蚀可以除掉一部分表面氧化物,使一部分体相的非晶态Fe暴露于表面,两种活化处理均不同程度地提高了催化剂的活性. Amorphous FeMnB alloy ribbons were prepared by the rapid quenching method.The alloy ribbons surface was pretreated with ballmilling and acid or alkali solution.The surface characteristics and bulk structure of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,BET,SEM and XPS.The effects of activating pretreatment on the catalytic properties were studied in F-T synthesis.The catalytic properties were relative to the surface characteristics.The experimental results showed that the bulk of asreceived ribbons was amorphous.The oxidates covering surface reduced its catalytic activity.Ballmilling increased the specific surface areas of the catalyst.Acid or alkali pretreatment not only partly removed surface oxidates but also exposed the amorphous Fe of bulk to the surface.Two activating pretreatment increased activity of the catalyst.
