摘要
目的探讨偶氮胂Ⅲ比色法测定血清镁实验的性能。方法在日立7180型全自动生化分析仪上分别作准确度、灵敏度、精密度、线性范围、回收试验、干扰试验、试剂稳定性等测试。结果准确度测试平均偏倚为1.01%,镁浓度在0.031和3.12mmol/L时光密度分别为0.0099和0.9703,线性在0~3.12mmol/L范围内线性良好,批内、批间CV分别为2.11%和3.15%,平均回收率为99.8%,钙、重金属、蛋白质、胆红素未对本试验造成干扰,甘油三酯及溶血标本存在线性关系的正干扰,同一瓶试剂经20d测试其平均CV为3.4%。结论偶氮胂Ⅲ法测定镁实验的性能良好,较适合常规测试使用,适宜自动化分析。
Objective To explore experimental performance of serum magnesium based on ArsenazoIII. Methods Respectively testing accuracy, sensitivity, precision, linear range, the recovery tests, interference testing, stability testing reagents on Hitachi7180 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Deviation of average of accuracy test was about 1.01%. When magnesium concentration was 0.031 or 3.12 mmol/L, the density of light is 0.0099 or 0.9703 respectively. Linear at 0-3.12 mmol/L is in the range of good. The approved and inter CV were 2.11% and 3.15% respectively. Average recovery was 99.8%. Calcium, heavy metals, proteins, bilirubin did not cause interference to the tests. Triglyceride and specimens of hemolysis possess a positive interference in linear relationship. And, the average CV was 3.4% where the same reagent was tested in 20 days. Conclusion ArsenazoⅢ determination of magnesium is of good performance, which suitable for the use of conventional tests, and analysis of appropriate automation.
