灰质异位的影像学诊断

摘要 目的探讨脑灰质异位症的CT、MRI诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析17例灰质异位症的临床及CT、MRI资料,5例行CT检查,8例行MRI检查,CT、MRI共同检查4例。结果脑灰质异位症的CT、MRI表现为皮质下、白质区、侧脑室室管膜下结节状、团块状或带状病灶,在所有检查平均与正常灰质信号(密度)相同。结论CT、MRI是诊断灰质异位的最佳方法。 Objective To evaluate the role of CT,MRI in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cinerea heterotopia(GMH). Methods The clinical and CT,MRI data of 17 cases with cinerea heterotopia were retrospectively reviewed, CT scans were performed in 5 patients, MRI scans were performed in 8 patients, CT and MRI scans were performed in 4 patients. Results Cinerea heterotopia appeared as nodules, bands or masses locted in subcortical areas, deep white matter or periventricular regions, the signal intensity was similar to that of the normal gray matter on any MR sequences, and the density was similar to that of the normal gray matter on CT. Conclusion CT,MRI are of high value in diagnosing the cinerea heterotopia.
