摘要
通过对所建模型[1]的求解定量研究了单体比例、加料速率和乳化剂量对VAc/MMA乳液共聚反应速率、抗剪切凝并稳定性和共聚物组成等的影响,并与实验结果进行了比较。模型预测与实验结果间具有良好的一致性。研究表明:加料速率越大,加完料后残余的VAc单体越多,产生飞温和爆聚的概率越大。在研究范围内,加完料后的反应速率最大可为加完料前反应速率的10倍以上,并且在同等条件下,加料速率越大,稳定性因子越小,体系越易产生剪切凝并。
A mathmatical model for the semicontinuous seeded emulsion copolymerization of vinyl acetate and methyl methacrylate has been developed. The effect of shear coagulation on the emulsion copolymerization reaction kinetics of vinyl acetate and methyl methacrylate is emphatically analyzed. The shear coagulation is related to the reaction kinetics by introducing a relative stability factor. Then, the effect of stirring on the reaction can be predicted, and the stability for different emulsion system can be compared quantitatively.
