摘要
目的:观察发育中小鼠胰腺内的CCK-IR、Glu-IR和Ins-IR细胞的形态学变化。方法:用免疫组织化学S-P法观察胚胎11d至出生后45d小鼠胰腺内的CCK-IR、Glu-IR和Ins-IR细胞的发生、分布、形态和数量变化。结果:Glu-IR、CCK-IR和Ins-IR细胞均在胚胎12d开始出现。CCK-IR细胞和Glu-IR细胞主要位于胰腺的胰岛内,但在外分泌部也可见到。Ins-IR细胞则只分布于胰腺的胰岛内。结论:三种内分泌细胞形态多样,CCK-IR细胞的数量变化与小鼠胰腺的发育相关。
Objective:To observe CCK-IR cells, Glu-IR cells and Ins-IR cells in the pancreas of developing mouse. Methods:The sections of mouse pancreas from E11 to 45th days after birth were stained with immunohistochemical S-P method to show the ontogeny, distribution and morphological characteristics of CCK-IR cells, Glu-IR cells and Ins-IR cells. Results: CCK-IR cells,Glu-IR cells and Ins-IR cells could be found in the mouse pancreas as early as E12. CCK-IR cells and Glu-IR cells mainly located in the pancreatic islets, and they could also be found in the exocrine portion of the pancreas. Ins-IR cells located in the pancreatic islets only. Conclusion:The three types of endocrine cells are different in shape, the population changes of CCK-IR cells concern with development of the mouse pancreas.
