摘要 在固定床反应器中研究了丙醛和氨在复合双功能催化剂上环合制2-乙基3-,5-二甲基吡啶的反应动力学,考察了催化剂粒度和装量、原料配比、空速对转化率的影响。氨浓度对反应速率的影响可以忽略,并得以验证。简化了动力学模型,得到丙醛气相环合的速率方程为(-rA)w=83.45exp(-14. The reaction kinetics of cyclocondensation of propionaldehyde and ammonia to 2 ethyl 3,5 dimethylpyridine on compounded dual function catalyst were studied on a fixed bed reactor. The effects of catalyst size and weight, feed composition and space velocity on conversion were examined. It was found that in the present operating range, the effect of ammonia on reaction rate can be neglected. A rate equation of vapor phase cyclocondensation of propionaldehehyde was obtained as flollows:(-r A ) w =83.45 exp (-14.55/RT)c A 
