摘要
以某50kt/a硫化氢制酸装置为例,对H2S焚烧炉的设计要则作一回顾,就设计参数选择依据、设备结构、内衬材料及施工、燃烧器结构及控制特点作一阐述。该装置通过四年多运行和多次停车考验,证明焚烧炉设计是安全可靠的,满足了生产要求。
With a 50 kt/a sulfuric acid production plant from hydrogen sulfide as an example,the design highlight for the H2S burner is reviewed,and the basis for selection of design parameters,equipment construction,lining material and installation,burner construction and control features,etc.are outlined After more than four years' operation and a number of shutdowns,it is proven that the burner design of the plant is safe and reliable,which has satisfied the production needs.
