摘要
从炉管使用工况分析其对材质的性能要求,介绍了ZG45Cr28Ni48W5Si2的化学成分、机械性能、宏观组织和微观组织,实践证明该材料的可靠性高,采用离心铸造炉管,内外表面经机械加工的工艺是正确的。
With reference to analysis of the furnace tube application conditions and requirements for the material property,the chemical composition,mechanical property,macrostructure and microstructure of ZG45Cr28Ni48W5Si2 are outlined.It is proven that the material is highly reliable,and it is right to use the centrifugal cast furnace tube with mechanical machining of both the internal and external surfaces.
