槲皮素对糖尿病性周围神经病变治疗的实验研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的:验证醛糖还原酶抑制剂槲皮素对糖尿病性周围神经病变的治疗作用。方法:Wistar大鼠180只(雌雄各半),首先随机取160只大鼠,采用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型,测定模型组大鼠血糖及神经传导速度、痛觉潜伏期,余20只健康大鼠作为正常对照组。将模型组随机分成8组,第8组作为模型对照组,第1~6组分别喂服不同剂量槲皮素,第7组喂服阳性药物。灌服50d后测定各组痛觉潜伏期及神经传导速度。结果:第5、6模型组与模型对照组给药前后在神经传导速度方面比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);第4组与模型对照组在痛觉潜伏期方面比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);第5、6组与模型对照组在痛觉潜伏期方面比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:槲皮素有较强的改善四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的作用。 Objective:To verify the therapeutic action of the aloes reduction enzyme inhibitor quercetin on the painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy caused by alloxan.Methods:180 Wistar rats were randomly divided into diabetic group and controlled group.160 rats comprise of the diabetic group,of which the glucose level , nerve conducting rate (NCR)and pain latent period (PLP)were measured. The left 20 rats were taken as the controlled group.The diabetic group was again randomly divided into 8 groups. Groups 1 to 6 were given quercetin of different dose respectively. Group 7 was treated with positive drugs, and group 8 was left as diabetic controlled group. The PLP and NCR of all groups were measured on the 50th day after administration. Results: Compared with the diabetic controlled group after administration,group 5 and group 6 showed significant difference in PLP and NCR (P〈0.01),and group 4 was comparatively different in PLP (P〈0.05). Condusion:Quercetin has an excellent effect on painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy caused by alloxan.
