摘要
建立了一个玉米低温干燥的数学模拟程序,主要包括传热传质和霉变两部分。模拟的基本方法即将深床谷物等分为一系列薄层,将干燥时间等分为一系列时间间隔。同时在纯平衡模型的基础上,引入了薄层干燥与薄层湿化方程,考虑谷物与气流间的状态不平衡;引入吸湿平衡含水的质量分数方程,以考虑解析与吸湿间的滞后效应。模拟结果表明,该程序基本有效。
A simulation program of low temperature grain drying is developed which is mainly composed of two modules describing heat and mass transfer and deterioration. In the simulation,the deep grain bed is divided into a series of thin layers and the drying time into a series of intervals. The non equilibrium between the grain and airflow is taken into account by adding the thinlayer drying and rewetting equations to the pure equilibrium equations ,and the hysteresis effect between desorption and absorption is condidered by employing the equation of absorption equilibrium moisture content in the model. The predicted results show that the program is basically reliable.
