摘要
采用新型内稳定剂A和外稳定剂硅酸镁,在w(H2O2)=20%溶液中用工业级无水碳酸钠一步直接液一固相反应,可以制得有效氧含量大于14.5%,90d贮存后其有效氧含量仍大于13.5%的过碳酸钠。讨论了反应器材质、干燥方法和湿度的影响。
Sodium percarbonate,which contained more than 13% effective oxygen,could be prepared by reaction of 20% H 2O 2 solution and industrial grade anhydrous sodium carbonate by a one step liquid solid phase reaction,using a new type of inner stabilizer A and magnesium silicate as outer stabilizer. The content of the effective oxygen of the product was more than 14 5%,and the content was still more than 13 5% after 3 month preservation. The effects of varying the reactor material,the drying method and the humidity had also been discussed.
