依那普利和吲哒帕胺联用对高血压伴左室肥厚的疗效观察

Observation of Enalapril and Indapamide in Hypertension Associated with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

目的观察依那普利和吲哒帕胺对高血压合并左心室肥厚患者的降压及逆转LVH的效果。方法选择58例高血压并LVH患者,给予依那普利和吲哒帕胺联合治疗32周。观察治疗前后的血压、动态血压及患者的IVST、LVPWT、LVDd、LVMI。结果治疗后患者收缩压、舒张压、24h收缩压、24h舒张压明显下降。治疗后患者IVST、LVPWT、LVDd、LVMI值较治疗前减少(P<0.05)。结论依那普利和吲哒帕胺合用有较好的降压及逆转LVH的作用。

Objective to observe the effect of enalapril and indapamide in hypertension associated with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods 58 cases with hypertension associated with left ventricular hypertrophy were chosen which were given enalapril combined with indapamide for 32 weeks; blood pressure, dynamic blood pressure,LVDd,IVST,LVPWT, LVMI were observed. Results systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, decreased after treatment, the value of LVDd,IVST,LVPWT,LVMI reduced. Conclusion nalapril and indapamide in hypertension associated with left ventricular hypertrophy have the effect of good antihypertensive and reverse LVH.
