转化生长因子的表达与肺放射性损伤的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨TGF-β1在血清中的表达及其与正常鼠肺组织放射性损伤的关系。方法33只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4个组,分别给予直线加速器外照射,测定TGF-β1。结果随着照射剂量增加及时间延长,血清TGF-β1水平呈升高趋势,各剂量组不同时间TGF-β1血清水平比较,差异有显著意义。结论TGF-β1参与了放射性损伤的发生发展,并在正常肺组织放射损伤中起着非常重要的作用。 Objective To discuss the relationship between TGF-β1 expression and lung injury after irradiation. Methods Wistar adult male mice were divided four groups at random and they were radiated by line accelerator and measure the TGF-β1. Results with the addition of irradiation dose and prolong of the time, the level of the plasma TGF-β1 elevated. Plasma TGF-β1 of post radiation were higher than pre-radiation. The difference was significance. Conclusion TGF-β1 involves in the development,progress of the radiation induced lung damage. It plays an important role in the lung damage by radiation.
