摘要
目的探讨唑来膦酸与伽玛刀联合应用治疗骨转移瘤的疗效。方法对68例骨转移瘤患者,实行伽玛刀治疗,同时应用唑来膦酸,对其疼痛缓解率及愈合进行分析。结果患者疼痛缓解率,较常规统计有显著性差异;疼痛评分明显下降。有效率98%。结论临床上应用伽玛刀治疗骨转移瘤的同时应用唑来膦酸,能明显减轻患者的痛苦,提高其生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of zoledronic acid combined with sereotatic radiation therapy in bone metastases. Methods 68 patients with bone metastases were treated with zoledronic acid and body Gamma knife. Results The remission rate of pain was 96.4%. The effectiveness was better. The survival quality of patients was improved significantly. Conclusion Zoledronic acid combinated with Gamma knife are effective in bone metastases. It can alleviate the patients＇ pain and improve their quality of life.
