摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选择糖尿病肾病患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加中药治疗,观察两组疗效与治疗前后血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮等指标。结果治疗组在临床疗效及改善尿蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮指标等方面均优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效确切。
Objective To observe the curative effect of diabetic nephropathy by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group （n=40）in the control group （n=40） on the basis of conventional therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, observation and treatment of the two groups before and after the effect of blood glucose, urinary albumin excretion rate, 24h urinary protein, muscle blood anhydride, blood urea nitrogen and other indicators. Results Of the treatment group,to improve urinary protein,serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and hemorheology indicators also better than the control group. Conclusion The integrative medicine has precise effect on diabetic nephropathy.
