外伤性胸腰椎椎管狭窄的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis for Traumatic Thoracolumbar Spinal Canal Stenosis

目的探讨外伤性胸腰椎椎管狭窄的CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析117例胸腰外伤患者的CT表现,重点研讨胸腰骨折及外伤性腰椎间盘突出继发椎管狭窄的CT影像特征及其产生的病理基础。结果60例椎体骨折中,发现77个胸腰椎椎管不同程度狭窄,其中胸椎T6～912个,胸腰段T10～L254个,腰椎L3～511个。结论CT是诊断外伤性胸腰椎椎管狭窄的最佳手段之一。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT for traumatic thoracolumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods The CT manifestations of 117 patients with thoracolumbar traumas were retrospectively analysed to emphasis on discussing the eikonic characters and its pathological basis based on the secondary thoracolumbar fractures and prolapses of traumatic lumbar intervertebral disc. Results Among 60 patients of vertebral fracture, 77 cases of inordinately thoracolumbar spinal canal stenosis were found,in which there were 12 cases on thoracic vertebas （T6-9） and 54 cases on thorax-lumbar （T10-L2） and 11 cases on lumba spines （L3-5）. Conclusion CT is one of the best ways to diagnose traumatic thoracolumbar spinal canal stenosis.
