利用无偿献血路径开展防治高血压健康教育的研究

Health Education Study of Hypertention through Voluntary Blood-donation

目的探讨利用无偿献血路径开展健康教育对高血压患者治疗的影响。方法从2005年1月～2006年12月间参与无偿献血的体检者中选出182例原发性高血压患者,进行健康教育并建立健康档案,对教育干预前后的结果进行比较。结果通过健康教育及护理干预,高血压患者对防治高血压知识的认知度、治疗效果明显高于教育前,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论利用无偿献血路径开展防治高血压健康教育,不但可以普及疾病预防知识,提高他们的身体素质,而且也是稳定无偿献血队伍,防治高血压病的一条新途径。

Objective To discuss the influcence of health education of voluntary blood-donation for hypertention. Methods Select 182 to deliver sex high blood pressure patient＇s at first from January,2005 the period participate to December,2006 gratisly dedicate a blood cheek-up,carry on healthy education,and build up a healthy file,interfere to in front and back carry on a comparison as a result of education. Results Pass healthy education, nursing intervention, high blood pressure sufferer to prevention and cure the cognition of high blood pressure knowledge,treatment effect,obviously high at education before,the difference has already shown Zhao（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Making use of gratis dedicate blood path to open exhibition prevention and cure,the high blood pressure healthily educates,not only universal prevention disease knowledge,raise their body character, is also stability gratis dedicate a blood troops,prevent and cure a new path that the high blood pressure get sick.
