血尿酸水平与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解血尿酸水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法83例患者行选择性冠状动脉造影以了解冠脉的病变程度,同时检查空腹血尿酸水平。结果冠脉造影显示冠脉正常者28例,冠心病55例。较之冠脉正常组血尿酸水平([331±79)μmol/L],冠脉单支病变组血尿酸水平([347±85)μmol/L],冠脉双支病变组血尿酸水平([372±81)μmol/L],冠脉三支病变组血尿酸水平([396±88)μmol/L]均显著升高(P<0.05),而且冠脉病变三组间血尿酸水平两两相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论随着血尿酸水平升高,冠状动脉病变程度增加。 Objective To study the correlation between uric acid level and severity of coronary artery disease. Methods The coronary angiography was performed and blood uric acid level was detected in 83 patients. Results The coronary angiography showed that there was normal in 28 persons and 55 patients were suffered from coronary artery disease. Compared with uric acid level of normal control group[(331 ± 79) μmol/L], the uric acid level of one branch, two branches, three branches of coronary artery significantly increased( P 〈 0.05 ), and was [(347 ± 85 ) μmol/L], [(372 ± 81 ) μmol/L], [(396± 88 ) μmol/L] respectively. The uric acid level progressively increased(P 〈 0.05 ) when compared each other among three groups of coronary artery disease. Conclusion There is correlation between uric acid level and severity of coronary artery disease. Following the uric acid level increase, the severity of coronary artery disease increase.
