老年眩晕110例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 110 Elderly Patients with Vertigo

目的总结老年眩晕的临床诊治经验,以利于进一步提高老年眩晕的正确诊断率和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析110例老年眩晕患者临床资料。结果110例老年眩晕患者中以眩晕为首发症状的疾病中脑血管疾病如椎基底动脉供血不足最常见,其次是梅尼埃病。经过正确治疗90%患者均能得到缓解。结论老年眩晕是一常见的临床综合疾病,可见于单一疾病,也可见于多种疾病,正确诊断老年眩晕必要时应请多学科会诊,以避免误诊。急性期在排除中枢性眩晕后可先对症治疗,待确诊后针对病因治疗。

Objective To summarize the elderly experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of vertigo,dizziness facilitate further improve the elderly＇s correct diagnosis and treatment effects. Methods A retrospective analysis of 110 cases of elderly patients with vertigo clinical data. Results 110 cases of elderly patients with vertigo in a vertigo as the first symptom of disease and cerebrovascular diseases such as vertebrobasilar insufficiency most common,followed by Meniere＇s disease. After proper treatment 90% of the patients could have been alleviated. Conclusion The vertigo is a common clinical disease,can be found in a single disease,can also be found in a variety of diseases,the correct diagnosis of the elderly should be encouraged to vertigo disciplines necessary consultation to avoid misdiagnosis. In the acute phase exclude central vertigo after first symptomatic treatment,to be confirmed after treatment for cause.
