63例左半结肠癌急性肠梗阻一期切除的外科治疗体会

Surgical Treatment of 63 Cases with Acute Obstructive Left Colonic Carcinoma

目的探讨一期切除左半结肠癌急性肠梗阻治疗中的价值。方法进行总结和分析1997～2007年在我院住院手术治疗的63例病人的临床资料。结果63例患者中,46例行肿瘤一期切除吻合术,切口感染3例,9例行Hartmanns手术,5例行永久性结肠造口术。结论一期切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌并肠梗阻是可行的。

Objective To investigate the importance of one-stage resection acute obstruction of the 63 cases left colon cancer. Methods To collect 52 patients in cur hospital from 1997 to 2007 engaged in summarization end analyses. Results 63 patients performed operation. 46 patients received primary resection and anastomosis,and 3 cases＇ incision were infected; 9 cases underwent Hartmanns operation. 5 cases of them underwent perpetual colostomy. Conclusion One-stage resection and anastomosis is a feasible operation for obstructive left hemicolonic carcinoma with complicated acute intestinal obstruction.
