摘要
1985年9月以来我们收治铁路高压电弧烧伤78例,治愈64例,死亡9例,自动出院5例。初步探讨了其致伤机理,并根据本组临床资料,分析总结了此类烧伤的特点:①位于车体顶部者易烧伤;②多发生于青壮年男性,以农民居多;③烧伤面积大,以深度烧伤为主;④复合伤发生率高;⑤休克发生率高,伤后并发症多。同时,通过详细分析致伤原因,提出预防措施,旨在避免和减少此类烧伤的发生。
In recent eleven years,burns due to high voltage electricity along railway occurred more frequently with the development of electrified railway.The present paper reported 78 patients,who sus- tained burns from accidental contact with railway overhead high voltage cables since 1985.On reviewing of these cases we noted:①all of the patients were burnt on the roof of the railway carriage;②the major- ity were male youths in the prime of life,and most of patients were farmers;③the body surface areas burnt were large and the wounds were deep;④the incidence of the combined injury was high;⑤the inci- dence of shock was high and the postinjury complications were usual.In addition,we suggested a series of preventive measures to decrease these accidents.
