摘要
本文报道浓缩铀和钷-147内污染对小鼠外周血白细胞计数及其分类和血网织红细胞计数的辐射效应。实验结果显示,当0.1和10μg/g体重的浓缩铀内污染时小鼠外周血白细胞计数及其分类与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而血网织红细胞计数则非常显著地高于对照组(P<0.01);当37和370kBq/g体重的钷-147内污染时可诱导血网织红细胞计数明显增高,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。实验结果表明,无论是α辐射体核素235U和β辐射体核素147Pm,在一定剂量范围内均可诱发小鼠血网织红细胞计数呈现明显增高的兴奋性效应,并提示血网织红细胞计数可能是反映电高辐射对红细胞系造血功能影响的一个敏感指标.
The radiation effects of 235U and 147Pm on the peripheral reticulocytes of mice were observedThe experimental results indicated that when the mice were given i. v. enriched uranium235U2F2at doses of 0. 1 and 10μg/g body weight,the count of WBC and its classification had no obviouschange (P>0. 05),but the number of blood reticula cell was significantly increased (P<0. 01 ).The doses of 37 and 370 kBq147Pm(NO3)3/g body weight also induced significant increase in thenumber of reticulocytes. These results suggested that both Q andβ radionuclides could induce anobvious stimulative effect on the number of reticulocytes,and the reticulocytes might be one of themore sensitive cells to the ionizing radiation.
