血液细胞化学和生物化学参数对尘肺亚临床诊断的探索

摘要 使用Bayes准则逐步判别分析血液细胞化学和生物化学参数,对矽肺进行亚临床诊断。结果显示,血液中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶、糖原、脂肪和过氧化物因及红细胞谷胱甘肽和乳酸脱氢酶六项指标,对接尘组、脱尘组、矽肺组、煤工尘肺组和对照组有一定的判别效果,总判别符合率为65.52%,对各组的判别符合率分别是90.32%,71.88%,45.46%,65.00%,40.0%。结合判别效果和符合率,此六项指标初步显示对矽肺亚临床诊断有良好的判别能力。 By the method of Bayes principle stepwise discrimination, the meaning of cytochemical and cytobiocbemical parameters of blood in subclinical diagnosis of pneumoconiosis was investigated. Theresults showed that alkaline phosphoesterase, glycogen, fat,peroxidase of neutrogranulocytes, andglutathione and lactic acid dehydrogenase of erythrocytes, might show discriminative ability for thecontrol, present exposed, past exposed groups and silicosis and coal workers pneumoconiosisgroups. The total compliance rate of disctimination was 65. 52% and the rates for other groupswere 90. 32%, 71. 88%,45. 46%, 65. 00% and 40.00% respectively. Combination of the discrimi-native ability With the compliance rates indicated that all these indexes might have sensitive dis-Criminative effects on subclinical diagnosis of silicosis.
