数控机床的日常维护和故障维修是数控机床使用过程中的重要组成部分。根据一定的维护与维修规律,迅速、准确地做好数控机床的维护与维修工作,可以提高数控机床的使用率。因此,通过实例阐述了数控机床常见故障诊断的一般方法。
Routine maintenance and typical fault diagnosis of CNC machine tool is the important part in the usage process of CNC machine tool. According to the regulation of routine maintenance and fault diagnosis, we can do a good job quickly and accurately in the maintenance of CNC machine tools and maintenance work to improve the utilization of numerical control machine tools. It sets the general approach of the CNC machine fault diagnosis through several examples.
