摘要
分析了滚筒轴材料40Cr的淬透性以及水、油不同介质的冷却性能。从理论和实践两方面分析了常规工艺产生缺陷的原因和不足,改进淬火工艺后,保证了产品质量,提高了工作效率。
This paper has analyzed the hardenability drum shaft material 40Cr of as well as the water, the oil cooling performance.＇ And practiced two aspects from the theory to analyze the conventional craft to have the flaw reason and the insufficiency, ensured the product quality and raised the efficiency after improving the practice. It has the improvement after the practice the craft superiority.
