摘要
本试验旨在研究维生素A、E及其相互作用对肉鸡生长性能和免疫机能的影响。试验以玉米和豆粕为主要原料配制基础日粮,采用4×4完全随机试验设计,分别在基础日粮中添加不同水平的VA、VE构成16个日粮处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复8只鸡,试验期为6周。VA设4个添加水平,分别为1500IU/kg、3000IU/kg、15000IU/kg和45000IU/kg;VE设4个添加水平,分别为5IU/kg、15IU/kg、150IU/kg和1500IU/kg。研究结果表明:日粮VA为3000IU/kg时肉鸡获得最佳生产性能。日粮VA为15000IU/kg、45000IU/kg时肉鸡免疫机能较强,但生长受到抑制。日粮中添加15IU/kgVE,可获得最佳生产性能、最高的吞噬指数和新城疫抗体滴度;日粮中添加1500IU/kgVE,时,肉鸡的生产性能降低,吞噬指数和CD4+/CD8+均较低,免疫机能较弱。综合肉鸡的生长性能和免疫机能结果得出,日粮VA为3000IU/kg,VE为15IU/kg是最佳组合。
The experiment was conducted to elucidate the effects and interactive effects of vitamin A and vitamin E on growth performance and immune functions in broilers. 384 1 - day - old broilers with similar body weight were randomly allotted into 16 treatments with 3 repeats (or 8 broiler in each repeat). The broilers were fed with four levels of dietary vitamin A (1500 ,3000, 15000and 45000IU/kg) and four levels of vitamin E (5,15,150and 1500 IU/kg) in a 4 × 4 factorial arrangement. The results showed as follows: The addition of 3000 IU/kg VA would result in the best growth rate, and the addition of 15000; 45000 IU/kg VA would stimulate immune functions of broilers and decrease the growth performance. The addition of 15 IU/kg VE would result in the best growth rate and best immune functions. The addition of 1500 IU/kg VE would result in the lowest growth rate and immune functions. The results of the experiment also suggested that when the dietary vitamin A and vitamin E level was 3 000 and 15IU/kg respectively, the growth performance and immune functions were the best.
